Keeping Up With The Duncan's: November 2012

I just realized I haven't blogged since the beginning of the month..oops. I have been super with working all the time and taking care of my family. We had a couple visitors this month too! One of my closest friends Cynthia came up from Alabama and finally meet all the babies she missed out on being born since her and her hubby got stationed in Alabama. And we had family from Chicago; Pamela and Eileen. We had lots of fun. Even worked in a sibling photo shoot for Mac and Chopper this month. It was a lot of fun even though it was a cool rainy morning, and Chopper didn't really want to corporate but we still got some really good shots.

I am finally as full as I want to be with my daycare. I am super excited about it and proud of it. For a while I was thinking that I was never going to get any kids, but with some patients and sometime I got as full as I want to be. I have 2 2 year olds(one pt,one ft)), 2 1/2 year(ft), 7 month old(pt), and Michaela and Chopper. ;) Keeps me super busy most days, plus still working on the weekends at the good ol' nursing home! But I absolutely love the fact that I get to stay home during the week with Michaela, but still being able to work! :)

For Michaela's first Halloween we didn't do much. I didn't dress her up in a costume and take her trick or treating, because I knew she wouldn't understand it, and I definitely didn't need the candy, seeing how she wouldn't of been able to eat it. Next year though we will for sure dress her up and take her out. We did have more fun carving pumpkins this year, and the daycare kids even painted pumpkins(babies included) and I made them mummy cupcakes. And they each got a little goody bag when they left yesterday.
